Baptism Preparation

  • In person baptismal preparaton classes are offered on:

    the 2nd Sunday of each month after the 9:30am Mass

    or

    the 2nd Thursday of each
    month at 6pm.

    Registration is required to attend either of the classes. Please call the Parish Office 575-885-6600
    to register.

  • INFANT BAPTISM : AGE 0-6 YEARS
    ADULT BAPTISM AGE 7+

    The Catholic Church holds the age of reason for Baptism at 7 years old.
    Therefore, all children 7 and older may enter the RCIA Process as Catechumens and enter the church after a 2 year preparation receiving Baptism, Confirmation and First Communion at the Easter Vigil.
